Shipping Destinations

ClubSmile currently ships to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Returns Policy

Free Returns

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the delivery date marked by the courier.

If you decide to return your order after the 7th day past the delivery date, we reserve the right to deny the return.


Damaged or Lost Items

Refunds are issued for damaged or lost products after proof of damage or loss has been requested and reviewed. Proof may include photos of the damaged item or confirmation from the courier.


Refunds

Once your refund is approved and issued on our end, you will receive a confirmation email from ClubSmile.

  • After the refund is issued by us, we no longer have control over the processing time.

  • Refunds may take 1–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If a refund has already been issued on our end and you have questions regarding the timeframe, please contact your bank directly.
